Select your preferred creators and send invites. Once accepted, the creator shares a secure delivery address (visible only for this campaign). Ship your product with a tracking number. The creator confirms receipt — the 7-day content creation clock starts automatically.

A live countdown begins from the moment product is confirmed received. The creator produces content according to the brief specs. They upload final assets directly through the platform before the deadline. Late submissions trigger an automatic protocol review.

Once content is submitted, the brand has exactly 24 hours to review. Accept to release payment instantly. Reject only if content contains factual inaccuracies or offensive material. If 24 hours pass with no action, payment auto-releases to protect the creator.

On approval, funds release immediately from escrow to the creator. A 12% platform fee is deducted transparently. If rejected, the TeaTrade dispute protocol activates — an independent review within 48 hours. No one loses money unfairly.
